- Capable of turning a single steel plate from horizontal to vertical before vertically transferring the material.

- Locks closed onto material for a more secure lift.
- Gripping Cams and Gripping Pad
- 2 through 20 ton lift capacities incorporate dual upper gripping cams and a single lower gripping pad to give you 3 separate gripping points for stability.
- Gripping pad is self-aligning for increased surface contact.
- Wide Jaw Openings
- Safety Clamps, Inc. offers the widest standard jaw openings in the industry.
- High Strength Shock Resistant Steel
- Provides for longer clamp life.
- Working Parts Protected
- Working parts remain inside the body in the “locked closed” position and the “locked open” position.
- Protects parts for longer use.
- Rated for 420 Brinell Surface Hardness
- Grippers are rated to lift material with a surface hardness of up to 420 Brinell.
- Note: The 1/2 and 1 ton model AVLC is the same as the 1/2 and 1 ton Model VLC except for the jaw opening.
